Travel Review - We have been blessed with a visit to Manzanillo, south of Puerto Vallarta, and Vida Del Mar

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

I had serious doubts about my first trip to Mexico will be successful. Now I can tell you that my first trip to Mexico was fantastic because I have a piece of heaven at Vida del Mar in Manzanillo (Mon-Zah-knee-oh) found.

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

There are obviously some very famous places on vacation in Mexico, are at least not from Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Acapulco and Cancun. Most of these objectives, to my knowledge, are recreational areas with high traffic volumes. Vida del Mar in Manzanillois not true.

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

Manzanillo, Puerto Vallarta is like on the Pacific coast, maybe 150 miles south of Puerto Vallarta in the distance.

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

My first impression on landing at the airport in Manzanillo is that it was the smallest airport I've ever had and also the cleanest. Vida del Mar is not a huge recreation area is filled with young adults in search of waterholes and social action, but to enjoy a perfect place for older people, the beauty of a quiet region.

Vida del Maris a fenced, guarded, gated community of homeowners whose homes are sitting halfway up a mountain overlooking a beautiful bay. There is exactly one path of a guard on duty 24 / 7 I felt safer than in any major metropolitan area in the United States.

We had to stay with the family of my son in an apartment a couple whose children attend the same private Catholic school as my little son did not belong in Lacey, Washington. Their unity was in a corner of the second floor of a building 13Building with three swimming pools for development. The drive to the south in the midst of lawns and lush tropical gardens.

I thought I could sleep at night to be a problem because the clear, sunny days are warm and there was no air conditioning. Imagine my surprise when the night came, and we felt the cool breezes of the Pacific Ocean, leaving the door open to the patio screened.

Coast, Manzanillo is from east to west from north to south, you can also seaBreezes during the day. Since the rise apartment building south wall, the air in the mountains near Sierra Madre at 14 000 feet cool and the night comes to float gently to the sea, offering excellent conditions, such as condominiums to bed-sea level.

Apparently for condos at sea level in the area, most stations get very little wind and insects at night. Sitting on top of the mountain is a significant advantage for homeowners.

Located minutesVida del Mar Club de Santiago "Beach Club" is that the majority of condo owners to join. Club Santiago is the most exclusive residential area of Manzanillo, with homes from $ 12 million pesos ($ 1 million dollars). The beach at the Club Saint-Jacques reminded me of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

The architecture in Mexico is very good. There is wooden houses, everything is built in concrete, and pillows for furniture in the apartment had a concrete base. TheThe doors have edges that are out of our rectangular building America. The floors are brick, once again far superior to our American laminate flooring and carpets.

Hispanic architectural influence is efficient, effective and extremely useful. Condos are rational use of space and creative space is limited. I saw a washer and dryer in one unit that fits the space available in the Customs designated laundry. It 'was amazingThe use of space to say the least.

In the U.S., everything should be bigger is better. Heedless and unnecessary waste of space is not so clean and tidy, not to mention the most obvious. The selective use of built-in storage rooms is also effective, efficient and useful.

Vida del Mar is also one of the most romantic restaurants, The Recief atop a cliff above the Pacific coast. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a halogen lightAt night, light beams of waves that are cascading on the shore below. The food is excellent and the servers are powerful servers, prepare the food at the table.

Before the election could impress a romantic ambience in a restaurant I think of my appointment, I take them Recief.

Outside the complex Vida del Mar, Manzanillo, local citizens are often bilingual, with the exception of a few restaurant owners in downtown and some of their servers.

The secondUnit floor balcony, with views of the surrounding bay, I thought this is exactly the kind of place that Ernest Hemingway would have withdrawn while writing his next novel, discrete, quiet, calm and beautiful.

I do not write almost selfish to my trip to Manzanillo and Vida del Mar as talking can move and everything that makes a little piece of paradise may have thought, at least in the coming years. Da Vida del Mar is what it is, I could not holdme.

There are some things that you care last year, but until you repair the car full of luggage and put everyone in their home. A flat tire or an overheated radiator are just some of the things that can be a huge damper on your trip.

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

Get your car checked and have allattention that have at least made a couple of weeks ago to start planning your trip, so that if something important happens in the control of the vehicle, can be treated without delay the cancellation of your summer.

Doing an oil change and once for your car

Cape Cod Rental Vacation

The first thing to do, take the car an oil change. While changing the oil, be sure to give your dealer or service station more than a simple oil change. They should check the tire pressure and tread depth for both levels, check all fluid levels for your gears, brakes, radiator, windshield, etc. control, and all belts, hoses and windshield ice wear. In addition, they should also check all the lights. It is safer than a slight brake to be fired. Continue to understand the inspection report with the automotive engineer and make sure that never fail, and that whatMaintenance work to do.

Replace worn belts, hoses and tires before the start.

Do you need new tires new belts and hoses and replacing brittle currently installed on your car? Calendar to do before leaving, available in stores, so be sure to follow. Even if you can replace the tires a little 'expensive belts and hoses are pretty cheap. Always replace the tires of at least two at a time when even one of them is bad. He always wants the tireson the front or the back of your car, around the same level of tread depth. So if one of your front tires is bad, replace both tires and the tread of the tire with the second lowest level and then have the tires rotated.

Get ready for your hot summer

It 'is also advised to schedule a cooler color. If you do not want halfway up a hill or in the middle of summer, the heavy traffic near the toll to be taken with the car overheating, so you get your radiator flushed and ready for summerHeat. I lived in Los Angeles for several years and every summer it was inevitable that some cars do not overheat in the attempt, on the hill of San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, and eventually would backup traffic for miles, or sit and wait by the roadside with roadside assistance to get to their water heater. A color of the radiator, most of these situations can be avoided.

Check your air conditioner.

LowFreon levels reduce efficiency of your air conditioning and performance, but it's a pretty cheap solution to the levels of Freon for air conditioning in cars. If you need more freon, your mechanic check for leakage current. It can be anything you expect to return to take care of your trip, but chances are if you have to Freon, a leak can be somewhere.

Be prepared for emergencies

Now that the car is ready for youTrip, make sure that any emergency occurring to prepare. Keep a flashlight and a series of cables in the trunk and we are considering an emergency kit on the road. If you have AAA, make sure your registration in your wallet. In addition, make sure you know where your registration and insurance is maintained, so that you can get quickly in case of emergency or a decision by the police. Organization to maintain peace of mind while traveling.

Now all thatto power the car and enjoy your trip!

The first and most important of sharingHis vacation time "with others is to make sure you and the people as possible. I know how to claim" duh ", but think about it. Sometimes you can at home a lot, but you want to spend time with them? This is "failures" if you want excitement? Ask each person if they want to take control of some aspects of the trip. For example, could help determine where you live, one is safest to assumeBecause when you are yourself, someone else has taken the tour schedule, and so on and so forth. And all the people involved and will create a new dynamic for an unforgettable vacation. Give each person a day to join the group. One day, a person may want to watch the whales. After hours of work for the whales in this area, it was established that day and hour to do this work and is nowwhat you do. One of my greatest pleasures you're on holiday, eating in restaurants or "restaurants". You can see some surprises for some of these places ... good and bad. But whatever the menu, is an unforgettable experience and could be one of the memories built around a lovely holiday. Of course, cost sharing will always be a part of the experience, if your holiday with others. EnsureEvaluate your existing money before going on holiday, everyone must decide in advance the financial responsibility of each pair.

There are many things to consider when traveling with others, but with careful planning, you may be able to experience incredible vacation.

These are just some of the things we did and it really works. We all have a holiday, we had fun together over the years and I think that the followingthese proposals is the key to a great time.
